How we count
What comes from YouTube
The videos, their titles and descriptions, the view, like and comment counts, and the text of every comment and reply. All of it is read from the YouTube Data API on your key when the report is run, and it is true as at that moment.
What we add
Every kind, topic, lean, count and percentage on these pages. A language model reads each comment and classifies it; we then count. These are our classifications, not YouTube's, and YouTube has not reviewed or approved them. Any single comment can be misread, so treat a percentage as a measurement with that error in it, and open the comments behind any figure you rely on.
How a percentage is worked out
One count divided by another, and both counts are shown beside it. "48% negative" on a topic means 48% of the comments that mention that topic, not 48% of all comments.
Who these numbers describe
The people who commented on these videos in this window. It is not a poll of anyone else, and it says nothing about the public.
How long we keep the comments
YouTube's terms let us keep comment text, video titles and channel names for 30 days. After that they are removed from this report. Every count, topic and lean stays, the statistics stay, and each row still links to the comment or the video on YouTube.

descriptions match the practical-detail word check
view more +
A description counts here when it uses at least three of these words: open, parking, cost, ticket, address, road, street, train, ferry, bus, opening hours, book, am, pm. That list is aimed at places and outings, so on some subjects it will find little and mean little. 4 of the 5 use fewer than three.

How
Each comment was read once more and tagged, in its own words, with the things it mentions and which way it leans on each: positive, negative, neutral, or unclear when it could not be told. Tags that mean the same thing were merged into one topic and the merge is shown on each row. A topic is measured when at least 150 comments mention it; the rest is the long tail. Every percentage is the count shown divided by the count on its row. Comments not about the subject are counted at the top and left out of the rows.

Carina Stewart can you share with me a foolproof waffle recipe because I just bought a waffle maker and can't seem to find a good recipe that I can follow.
Used your basic ingredients except used 1 cup buttermilk, no milk in the house but had buttermilk? and 1teaspoon bicarb which is more than usual recipes indicates you put in. I heard somewhere that baking powder is 1/3 of soda and 2/3 activator is that correct because don't know where I heard that? They did have a lot more body.

Are these pancakes flavorful even without toppings? I’m out of syrup and other toppings and I’m looking for a recipe that has some “pancake taste” without any garnishing.

What type of flour is used for these pancakes, and can I substitute other flours like self‑raising, wheat, whole‑wheat, almond, gluten‑free, or bread flour?
Can I use condensed, evaporated, oat, water, powdered, or other milk instead of regular milk, and can I reduce or change the sugar (for example using condensed milk)?
