Do you get international tourists to your country? It's spectacular, (and it reminds me of parts of the West coast of Scotland, where I have visited.) I'm in Australia, which is rather different of course, but I love seeing other parts of the world, and yours is quite special. We do share something in common. Sheep. I live on a sheep farm.
No trees in any island? Is it because of the climate?
11:46 I would like to see the exact geographical location of these islands.
Just shown in your magnificent ✨️ video. Thanks 😊
@katrinjonsveinsdottir3761 how do you like it there.. looks like a fascinating place. Strangely beautiful too!
Thank you so much for those incredibly poetic words. I’m truly touched that the magic of the Faroe Islands resonated with you this way. Since these islands feel like a hidden secret, what is it about remote, 'untouched' places like this that draws you in the most?
@spicybrown75so then the UK is nearest?!
It can't be easy! I'd like to know about the people and how they got there.
I am verry attentive while watching videos. But this keeps me wondering where are the people during the shot of the video? I don't see anyone roaming around do their stuff! Anyways, great cinematography.
What did you do there for 2 weeks??
Learning about Gásadalur village [21:29] and how postmen had to hike over steep mountains just to deliver mail was mind-blowing! When the mountain tunnel was opened in 2006 [23:19], life became vastly easier, but do you think it lost a bit of its untouched 'end-of-the-world' magic? Would you prefer visiting the isolated version of Gásadalur from the past or the connected one today?
Can you share some photos and videos with me?
oh wow! it is beautiful! I would like to visit with my family. which months would you say are best for visitors? I am from South Africa.
This video gave me chills. There’s something so peaceful yet tough about the people living in the Faroe Islands. How do they balance isolation with maintaining a sense of community?
How they would have built these buildings and homes i wonder???
How to get there and how to get there
I'm saving up for a lengthy travel stay in Canada, and I can't handle flying that far. I'm hoping to find a cruise that can take me there via Færøyene and Iceland. All three places have been on my bucket list for decades. 🇳🇴
@owainjameshumphreys9211 Couldn't really understand that. Do you mean, would you like to become British again or have the occupation again?
Nice video. I'm curious how you do all of the drone shots now that many of the famous spots forbid drones?
Where does there fresh water come from ?
Is it visa free and can anyone
How can I travel to this place
I haven't watched the whole video yet, but did he mean to put "Geography Now" instead of "Geography Go"? If not, inb4 he fixes that.
@mr.gamewatch6165Bruh. This is a video in which he travels to another place. He used the Geography Go intro in the video. The title says "Geography Now" instead of "Geography Go". Is it a mistake?
And, can you visit? Is there a hotel?
25:56 - Is this really our Belarusian radio receiver "Horizon"/ "Ocean-214"?
Main question where do they get there food are there stores on the island..
I wonder if the continent used to have those chain dances also but lost them?
Source of your income there?
Any idea how to apply for a volunteer in trail maintenance?
Mark == Mark Denney Jerry ? Thanks !
Castle…where in the Faroe islands?
I would like to visit Faroe Islands some day. Any recommended places?
The Faroe Islands look breathtaking, but I keep wondering: could we really handle the isolation, wild weather, and long winters once the postcard views became everyday life? 🇫🇴🌧
🌊 The Faroe Islands feel like a place where the modern world simply forgot to arrive. Could you actually live here—surrounded by cliffs, storms, and the North Atlantic—for the rest of your life? 🇫🇴
Your story is truly inspiring! It’s amazing how nature can help heal both body and soul. Has anyone else experienced a journey that helped them through a difficult time in life? I would love to hear more stories like this.
Thank you for journeying with us to the Faroe Islands — a remote North Atlantic world where cliffs meet the sea and tradition lives on in the wind and mist 🌊🏔

👉 Which mysterious destination should we explore next?
What a video man... Now I hesitate a lot between Irlande and Feroe Island. I've been two times in Iceland soooo... At what time of year did you film it?
That’s way more than a 250g drone with European flight hight limit, right?
Brother, can you tell me how to legally fly drone here? Thanks
